10.How to uninstall REKDOM Printer?

On Windows: 

If you use WU550 Printer, go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " ->

find “REKDOM WU550 Printer Driver", right click it and select uninstall -> after uninstalling successfully, go to View Devices and Printers ->find "WU550 printer" -> click Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer. 

If you use BU820 Printer, go to Settings -> Devices -> Bluetooth&other devices -> click "BU820 printer" -> Remove device. 

Then go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " -> find  "REKDOM BU820 Printer Driver” ->

right click it and select uninstall -> after uninstalling successfully, go to View Devices and Printers ->find " BU820 Printer" -> click Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer. 

If you use BT820 Printer, go to Settings -> Devices -> Bluetooth&other devices -> click "BT820 printer" -> Remove device. 

Then go to Control Panel -> Programs ->"Uninstall a program " -> find  "REKDOM BT820 Printer Driver” ->

right click it and select uninstall -> after uninstalling successfully, go to View Devices and Printers ->find " BT820 Printer" -> click Remove device. Then restart your computer and printer. 

On Mac: 

Pls go to your Mac's settings->click "Printers and Scanners" -> click 

"WU550 Printer”/ “BU820 Printer”/ "BT820 Printer" and click“-", then the WU550 Printer / BU820 Printer / BT820 Printer will be delete.
